FAQ

  • What is Operation Christmas Child?

    • Operation Christmas Child is a hands-on way for Canadians to bless struggling children in the developing world by filling shoeboxes with toys, hygiene items, school supplies, and other items.

    • This is a free event, but we ask that everyone brings an item to donate to these shoeboxes! For a list of what these things could be, click this link.

  • What does “Not So Scary Night Of Fun Mean?”

    • There will not be any horror/gore themed costumed characters & we ask that you do the same. We have a wide range of children and we want everyone to feel safe.

  • I want to donate candy, how do I do that?

    • First of all, thank you for your generosity! We are excited to provide an opportunity to serve our community! As far as donating candy goes, you can drop it off at Calgary Life Church throughout the week during office hours or on Sunday mornings leading up to the event.

  • Is there an age restriction to this event?

    • This event is designed for children as young as toddlers and children as old as grade 6!

  • Can adults dress up too?

    • We highly encourage this! We have seen some incredible family costumes in past years and we can’t wait to see what creativity people put into their costumes this year!
